Good service from Da Nang to Kon Tum. Water, blanket and pillow are provided. You can recharge your electronics with usb plugs. There were some occasional stops for gasing up/picking up people so you could arrive a bit later than described. (Note: we understand and spoke a bit vietnamese)

Drivers and drivers are enthusiastic and polite. Check for enough passengers every time you get on and off a stop. Comfortable car (I took the car for 520k/ticket). The stop is relatively clean (I give it 7/10). The bus stops at about 2 stops for the whole trip, so if you urinate a lot, try not to drink a lot of water before departing. The departure time on the app will be different from reality, the morning of the departure day the bus company will call to schedule a time. You must arrive on time for the bus appointment.

I booked my bus ticket through the app. The bus conductor called to confirm the pick-up point the day before. An hour before the trip, they called again to confirm the pick-up point. The Vexere app accurately updated the conductor's phone number, license plate number, and bus location. Dinner cost 50k VND per person. The seats were comfortable, and there was water and plenty of power outlets for both USB and Type-C cables.

The bus conductor and driver are all attentive, reminding passengers of break times or arrival times... the bus runs on time and arrives much earlier than expected... great driver... even though it runs a bit fast... but as long as you are alert, healthy and have a firm grip on the wheel, it's fine. The facilities are very clean and fragrant, you can lie down for a bit and fall asleep, easy to sleep... and the engine is not noisy, but I don't know about others, but my ears get a little ringing when I hear the engine running for a long time. Suitable and convenient for those who need to go from Ho Chi Minh City (Mien Dong bus station) to Mang Den for a visit!

The bus ran relatively on time, with a shuttle service at the Phuong Trang company office as per the booked ticket, transferring passengers to the specific address in Da Lat. The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It's definitely worth choosing Phuong Trang's service and booking through the Vexere app.

The EARLIEST trip on this app is 6am. Because I have something to do in my hometown, this is the first time I booked through this app. I learned from experience that when booking through bus ticket apps, you must call the bus company in advance to confirm the pick-up address and time as on the app because some bus companies do not write the exact time, so it takes a lot of time. Luckily, I didn't get sick on the bus, the lunch was delicious, the staff was friendly, the bus was clean,... The review is good:))
