This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Comfortable bus, big seats, clean, big luggage compartment under bus, AC. Reclining and leg rest electric adjustable. Head rest adjustable. Free water. Blankets available. Driver drove carefully. One 30 minute stop at restaurant. Arrival +-30 minutes on time. Only downsides: No wifi password given, therefore no wifi usable. Drop-off in city center instead of at hotel. Constantly music playing in bus, not very loud, still annoying.

Good service from Da Nang to Kon Tum. Water, blanket and pillow are provided. You can recharge your electronics with usb plugs. There were some occasional stops for gasing up/picking up people so you could arrive a bit later than described. (Note: we understand and spoke a bit vietnamese)
