Minh Nghia's car is really great! Last time I went to Binh Thuan, other people took all the seats, so I had to ride very slowly because it drove very slowly. This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I arrived 60 minutes early, and waited. There was no early departure. Bus ride was fine. Not sure why but they don't use the fast, new, modern expressway that serves this route, instead they drive on small slow roads. If they used the expressway and didn't stop for so long at the rest atop I think the travel time could be reduced by 40% or more.

The car is clean and runs on time. The day I went there were only 3 guests so it was very comfortable. The car runs super fast. From Mui Ne to SG, it takes exactly 3 hours (including 20 minutes at the stop), so awesome 🤣. At first, when I booked the ticket, I was a bit confused because I saw little feedback and didn't get a call from the bus company to confirm. Here, you only need to call 30 minutes before the bus departs. The rest of the information can be viewed on the app and email.
